Spring Ecstatic Dance

Dance your heart's desire overlooking St. Margaret's Bay at Sail Loft Yoga Studio, located at 2117 Highway 329, 10 minutes south of Hubbards, Nova Scotia. Ecstatic Dance is an expressive dance form in which our movements are inspired by our relationship to ourselves and others dancing with us, the music and the space we are in. It is done barefoot or in soft leather indoor shoes.

The studio will open at 3:00 pm and opening circle for the dance begins at 3:15 pm.

Carpooling is encouraged as parking is limited at the studio. Extra parking available at Wild Ocean Lodge, 2070 Highway 329 - a short walk to the studio.

Children welcome!

No alcohol or drugs please. Once the dance begins there is no talking inside the studio. You may go outside to chat with a friend or enjoy nature at anytime during the dance.
